Withdrawal, postponement or replacement by a registrant or applicant must be made in writing up to 1 week before the course commencement date and must be duly acknowledged by Accord.
No withdrawal, postponement or no show is allowed within one week of the course commencement date.
A registrant or applicant who withdraws within 1 week of the course commencement date or is a no show shall be liable to pay 100% of the course fee (without any subsidy) to Accord, without demand.
Course Cancellation or Postponement:
Accord reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course date in the event of unforeseen circumstances and every effort will be made to inform the registrant / applicant at the earliest possible time via the mode of contact provided.
In the event that the class is cancelled or postponed prior to its commencement, Accord will reschedule the registrant in a future class or make a full refund of all course fees (if any) already paid by the registrant.
Accord is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the applicant / registrant if a training course is cancelled or postponed.
