Relatability is the name of the game for Saurabh. Having lived and worked in many countries, he has excellent facilitation skills and cross-cultural sensitivities that he channels into training diverse groups of professionals. His workshops are filled with lively interactions that deliver complex concepts through non-textbook, pop culture references.
Saurabh started Accord in Singapore in 2009. Here, he designs and facilitates workshops on analytics, data visualization, machine learning, AI and generative AI, offering training and consulting services to clients. He has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification and is engaged for training leading corporations and Government agencies in Singapore.
As an empaneled trainer at the Civil Service College (CSC), Singapore, Saurabh has worked with various Government agencies, training over 10,000 public service officials. Through CSC, he has conducted customized, in-house workshops for Govtech, EDB, MHA, MOM, MOT, BCA, MINDEF, AVA, NEA, PA, MCI, Sport SG, ITE, Republic Polytechnic, MND, PSD, IRAS, NLB and AGC. He has also directly worked with HDB, MAS, UOB, HSBC, PSA, OCBC, ESG to name a few, and has trained over 16,000 participants across 800+ workshops.
Besides training engagements, Saurabh consults with organizations to help design roadmaps for building analytics competencies at all levels of their organizations. From developing customized courses on AI to advising leadership teams on various analytics initiatives, Saurabh brings in his years of experience working with different sectors and organizations to offer invaluable advice.
