Mohammad Said started his professional career with the Ministry of Home Affairs serving as a police officer. During his time in the force, he has performed various role from enforcement to community engagement, training management, and project management.

He is now a manager with Accord Business Solutions Pte Ltd, a training organisation in Singapore. At Accord, he is involved in the design, development and delivery of customised learning programs for clients. His role includes overseeing the operations of the company’s open program, managing client portfolios and providing training consultancy services to prospective clients. He also delivers training for clients on analytics skills and tools.

Training Experience

At Accord, Said assists the lead trainer in analytics workshops that involve hands-on data analysis or data visualization using tools like Excel (including pivot tables), Tableau, Power Pivot, Power View, Power BI and Qlik. He is also involved in case study research and content development for Accord’s analytics workshops. He is also the Assessor Coach for Accord’s IBF accredited 2-day workshop – “Analytics for Non-Analytics Professionals”.

Said has delivered a 1-day basic data analytics course for public service officers at CSC. He has also been assisting participants with Excel and Tableau Server tools for a workshop at MAS.

Said is comfortable training across levels from fresh graduates to middle management. He connects well with the audience and is very good at engaging participants. His workshops are filled with activities and exercises to make learning interesting and fun. He has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification awarded by Workforce Development Agency of Singapore (WDA) and a Certified Stress Management Consultant awarded by Institute of Motivational Learning Inc. He is also an Associate Trainer with Civil Service College, Singapore.

At Civil Service College, Singapore, he is an associate trainer with the service management team. He delivers analytics and service excellence programs for public service officers.
